Returns and Exchange Policy

At Gadgets UG, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned within 4 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or special-order products.
Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing parts.
Consumable goods (e.g., ink cartridges) unless proven defective on arrival.
Items damaged by power surges or improper use by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges Process

Initiating a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
Approval and Shipping
- Upon approval, securely package the product to avoid further damage during transit.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Gadgets UG.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from our error (wrong or defective item).
For items purchased as part of a promotional offer, refunds will reflect the discounted price.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after we receive and approve the returned item.
Replacement items will be shipped promptly, subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective.
Provide photographic evidence of the issue to support your claim.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
