Products must be returned within 4 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing parts.
Consumable goods (e.g., ink cartridges) unless proven defective on arrival.
