We deliver across all regions in Uganda, including:

2. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to process and deliver your order quickly and efficiently.

3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.

6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:
In Kampala, Entebbe, and select urban areas
On orders below UGX 500,000
If your order is above this threshold, you will be required to make full or partial payment before dispatch.

We make 2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to unavailability, we will reschedule.
After 2 failed attempts, the order will be canceled or subject to return fees.
9. Pickup Option
At the moment, we have two pick up locations; Kampala Plaza Basement Room B03 and Freedom House Room L654
We are working to introduce other Pickup Points across Uganda. This will allow customers to collect orders from a convenient location.

While we do our best to meet timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to:
