Standard delivery: 1–3 business days (Kampala), up to 7 days for other regions.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Product is in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Items such as earphones, opened software, and batteries may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or licensing concerns.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.
