Returns and Exchange Policy

At Gadgets UG, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 4 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing parts.

  • Consumable goods (e.g., ink cartridges) unless proven defective on arrival.

  • Items damaged by power surges or improper use by the customer.


Returns and Exchanges Process

  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange

    • Contact our Customer Service team within the specified return window via:

    • Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Approval and Shipping

    • Upon approval, securely package the product to avoid further damage during transit.

    • Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Gadgets UG.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from our error (wrong or defective item).

  • For items purchased as part of a promotional offer, refunds will reflect the discounted price.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive and approve the returned item.

  • Replacement items will be shipped promptly, subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue to support your claim.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
